The situation

An older Poconos property with large windows that already brought the outside in. They wanted minimal renovation so the budget could go into quality furniture.

What I did

I designed for groups and families booking longer stays where someone still needs to work or study. I planned the living room so everyone the house sleeps can enjoy the view at once. Eating together is one of the biggest draws for a group, so the dining room next to it became a moment with an updated light fixture and a bold pattern, which was all it needed to sell in photos.
