Pricing
Know the number before you get on a call.
Design fees are priced by scope, not by the hour. Enter your property details below and you’ll see the exact investment your proposal will show. It only changes if you and I add scope during your strategy session. No hourly billing, no surprises at invoice.

Execution
Who does the physical work.
On full-service projects, my preferred install team handles all assembly and mounting so your rental is set up correctly the first time. If your property needs trades like wallpaper, painting, lighting, or specialty installs, I coordinate those vendors directly. You never manage a subcontractor.
Warehouse costs depend on how many pieces are in your design, plus their size and weight, so the exact figure comes after your design is approved and before your purchase order invoice goes out. If the number is higher than you want, we still have time to adjust the design before anything is ordered.
