The situation

Same Poconos strategy, an older home needing minimal renovation. Because of the age of the home, this one had to compete on how it feels rather than what it has.

What I did

I built this one for guests who want to get away without planning how to make their trip restful. I planned the living room to gather everyone without feeling cramped, and the open living and dining kept the window view available from anywhere in the room, with the TV placed so it doesn't compete. The deck and basement are small, so I designed them to feel intentional enough that the size stops being a thing.
