  • 60-90 minute call where I walk through your market comps, identify your ideal guest, and show you exactly what design decisions will support the nightly rate you're targeting. If it makes sense to move forward, I send you a proposal.

  • You sign the contract and submit your retainer. I pull data on your top 10 competitors, study guest reviews, map pricing tiers, and identify the design elements that separate a $600 property from an $800+ property in your area.

  • I create a full design concept for every room with 3D renderings so you see exactly what your property will look like before a dollar is spent. Every decision ties back to your market data and income goal.

  • I source every piece and present you with an itemized purchase list and total cost breakdown. You know exactly where your money is going. If we're over budget, I pivot to high-impact alternatives that protect both profitability and guest experience.

    I place all orders, manage delivery tracking, coordinate vendors, and handle every detail. For full-service clients, everything ships to a receiving warehouse. For virtual clients, I manage tracking and you coordinate receiving

  • For full-service projects, my install team assembles, mounts, and styles everything onsite so your property looks exactly like the renderings. Then it's ready to be cleaned, photographed and go live. For virtual projects, your team handles install and coordinates the photoshoot using my design plan.
