The situation

He found a good deal on land in an area that straddles nature and city life and built new construction to be one of only two short-term rentals there. With a million dollar residential development going in across the lake, the bet was on being positioned before the area fills in.

What I did

I built one property that offers nature, relaxation and entertainment without leaving it. I designed the balcony to give guests a front seat to the lake, for reading, gathering and dining rather than just looking. The basement became a speakeasy that sells a private, unplugged night in. I gave the game room hidden entrances from the kitchen pantry and a basement bookcase, and 3D wallpaper made it a moment guests can't get anywhere else in that market.
