Design fee from $17,850.
The design fee covers the work. Furnishings, materials, and install labor are separate and are what goes into the property.

Full-service is built for investors who would rather buy back their time than manage a design project. If you would rather own the execution yourself, virtual design covers the same strategy and plan at a lower fee.
