We kick off with a Booked Out Strategy Session to clarify your revenue goals, guest profile, and market potential. I’ll pinpoint exactly what your property needs to perform and outline the design strategy to get you there.

You’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment—no hidden costs, no surprises.
✔ Step 3: Submit Dimensions
Once confirmed, you’ll submit your Matterport (or floor plans, photos, and video walkthrough) so I can fully assess the space.
✔ Step 4: Full Design Delivery — in 10 Days

We handle ordering, manage deliveries, and take care of damages or returns. You’ll also get a delivery tracker so your team can plan setup without delays.
